Our general scope of work for our fee building services includes the following:

Utility coordination
Estimating job costs
Budget creation
Bid & buyout per work scopes
Vendor & subcontract management
Scheduling & project oversight
Accounting: payables, receivables, & draw schedule management
On-site construction management
Quality control throughout construction
Working with municipality officials
Adherence to codes & local jurisdiction inspection requirements

A La Carte Services

Additional a la carte services with our trade partners are also available upon request to include but not limited to the following:

Land broker services
Land proforma evaluations
Land acquisition
Land development: raw land or partially developed sites
House plan design & consulting
Project specifications design & development
Custom upgrades & specialty projects

Additional services will be billed on a case by case basis per project dependent upon services requested.
